Datgel License Types

There are mutiple types of Datgel Licenses, however, most products are only available using two types. This range of license types has evolved to match the usage patterns and architecture of our product range.

Country Network License

Allows the Licensed Software to be used concurrently on a limited number of PCs within the licensed organisation and licensed country when connected to the license server.
gINT objects, i.e. reports, database design and correspondence files etc. provided with the Datgel products may be used on an unlimited number of PCs within the licensed organisation and the geographic locations defined.
Applies to the following Tools: Advanced In Situ, CPT, Output, Photo, Security Tool Enterprise CAL, Monitoring, and Lab.

International Network License

Allows the Licensed Software to be used concurrently on a limited number of PCs within the licensed organisation in any country when connected to the license server.
gINT objects, i.e. reports, database design and correspondence files etc. provided with the Datgel products may be used on an unlimited number of PCs within the licensed organisation and the geographic locations defined.
Applies to the following Tools: Advanced In Situ, CPT, Output, Photo, Security Tool Enterprise CAL, Monitoring, and Lab.

Country Seat License

Allows the Licensed Software and gINT objects to be used on a limited number of PCs within the licensed organisation and licensed country.
a) One to one with gINT license quantity: Result is you must have the same number of licenses as you have/use for gINT.
b) Lesser than gINT license quantity: May hold fewer licenses than used of gINT. The library is locked.
Applies to the following Tools: DGD Tool Logs, DGD Tool Professional, Toolbox, Toolbox Logs, and Fence and Map.

International Seat License

Allows the Licensed Software and gINT objects to be used on a limited number of PCs within the licensed organisation in any country.
a) One to one with gINT license quantity: Result is you must have the same number of licenses as you have/use for gINT.

Applies to the following Tools: DGD Tool Logs, DGD Tool Professional, Toolbox, Toolbox Logs, and Fence and Map.

Single Server/Computer License

Allows the Licensed Software to be used on one computer within the licensed organisation and licensed country.
Applies to the following Tools: Processor Affinity Manager, and Security Tool Enterprise - Server.

Single User Hardware Key License (legacy)

Allows the Licensed Software to be used on a PC with the hardware key attached within the licensed organisation and licensed country.
Applies to legacy licenses for the following Tools: Administrator, Advanced In Situ, CPT, Output, Photo, Monitoring, and Lab and In Situ.

Office Wide License (legacy)

Allows the Licensed Software and gINT objects to be used concurrently on an unlimited number of PCs within the licensed office of the licensed organisation (one street address).
Applies to legacy licenses for the following Tools: Fence and Map.

Country Wide License (legacy)

Allows the Licensed Software and gINT objects to be used concurrently on an unlimited number of PCs within the licensed organisation and licensed country.
Applies to legacy licenses for the following Tools: Fence and Map.

International License (legacy)

Allows the Licensed Software and gINT objects to be used concurrently on an unlimited number of PCs within the licensed organisation in any country.
Applies to legacy licenses for the following Tools: Fence and Map.
